Our football match prediction:
Fiorentina and Empoli, the two local rivals, face each other in the Derby dell’Arno on Matchday 32. Fiorentina are undefeated in previous six league fixtures and they are regarded as favourites to win Saturday’s football match. The Viola sit in eighth place in the Serie A standings and seeing that they are seven points behind the Europa League berth, this has to go down as a must-win game for the hosts. Nikola Kalinic came as a substitute in a 2-2 draw with Sampdoria at the weekend, but he is likely to lead the line for the hosts against the Azzurri. Empoli dropped two points in a 1-1 draw with rock-bottom Pescara at the weekend and considering that they are on a ten-game winless run in the league, we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed. When the two teams met at Stadio Carlo Castellani in the reverse fixture Fiorentina rolled over Empoli 4-0.
