Our football match prediction:
Stadio Artemio Franchi will host the match between Fiorentina and Sampdoria. The Viola aim to build on the Europa League win over Slovan Liberec, but Sunday’s football match against La Samp will be anything but a walk in the park for the hosts. Fiorentina aim to move a little closer to the Champions League berth and, no doubt, the hosts will stick to their attacking style of play. Sampdoria proved their worth in a hard-fought 1-0 win over Inter at the weekend and they did well to escape the danger zone. Marco Giampaolo’s men are seven points clear of the relegation zone, but they can’t afford any complacency in Sunday’s game against Fiorentina. The Viola are a real force to be reckoned with at home and considering that coach Paulo Sousa rested his key men against Slovan Liberec, we predict that the hosts will put an end to their three-match winless run at Stadio Artemio Franchi.
