Our football match prediction:
Fiorentina were on the verge of suffering a loss to Lazio at Stadio Olimpico in their last league fixture, but the Viola eventually scored a late equalizer and shared the spoils with the Biancocelesti in the “Eternal City”. The Viola are on a four-game winless run in the national championship ahead of Sunday’s football game, but they are definitely capable of beating Sassuolo at home as the Neroverdi sit in the relegation zone in the Serie A standings. Khouma Babacar scored the equalizing goal for Fiorentina in the 1-1 draw with Lazio and he should be recalled to the starting line-up. Sassuolo suffered a shocking 2-0 loss to Hellas Verona in Saturday’s relegation six-pointer and seeing that coach Giuseppe Iachini has a number of injury worries ahead of the trip to Florence, home win appears on the horizon and we are tempted to put our money on Stefano Pioli’s men.
