Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Genoa and Fiorentina face each other at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris in a postponed fixture. The Rossoblu did remarkably well to beat Juventus at home in November, but they failed to score in previous two league fixtures. Genoa suffered a 2-0 loss to Inter at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza at the weekend and, as a result, they dropped to 13th place in the standings. Ivan Juric’s team are desperate to grab something from Thursday’s football match against Fiorentina and we predict that they would be happy with one point from the game. The Viola aim to move a little closer to the Champions League places in the Serie A standings, but beating the Rossoblu in Genoa is easier said than done. The two teams played out a goalless draw in their last meeting in the Italian top flight, meaning that fans should see a low-scoring affair at “Luigi Ferraris”.
