Our football match prediction:
Thanks to a hard-fought 1-0 win over Napoli at Stadio San Paolo Juventus managed to keep their hopes of defending their Serie A trophy alive. The Bianconeri proved their worth in the triumph over Maurizio Sarri’s men and a win over Inter could see them climb to top position in the standings. Max Allegri’s charges are after their third consecutive clean sheet in the Italian top flight and they are likely to rely on their rock-solid defence in Saturday’s football match against Inter. The Nerazzurri have been impressive in the Serie A ever since Luciano Spalletti took over the reins and they head into the derby against Juve following a thrilling 5-0 win over Chievo Verona. However, seeing that the title holders are brimming with confidence following the victory over Napoli, we believe that there is a big value in betting on Gianluigi Buffon and his teammates, who are determined to clinch their seventh consecutive Scudetto.
Highlighted Player (Higuain):
Widely regarded as one of the most talented strikers of his generation, Argentina’s Gonzalo Higuain started his career with River Plate. A transfer to Real Madrid for €12 million in 2007 catapulted him to the top league. His six years at Madrid was capped with three La Liga titles and 107 goals in 190 appearances. Higuain became a crowd favorite at the Santiago Bernabeu and there was wide spread resentment among supporters over his transfer to Italian club Napoli in 2013 for a reported €40 million. Although he wasn’t able to win the Serie A, he carried the hopes of Napoli in 2015-16 and equaled 87-year-old record of 36 goals in a top-flight season. Higuain or El Pipita as he is fondly called has also been a regular with his country having represented Argentina at two FIFA World Cups and as many Copa America tournaments. Higuain has a great eye for the goal and his goal scoring record bears a testament to this.
Highlighted Team (Inter Milan):
Internazionale Milano, known as Internazionale, Inter or Inter named Milan, is a football club from Italy, founded on March 9, 1908 by a number of "rebels" who did not like in the regulations of the Milan Cricket and Football Club, now known as AC Milan. The main objection was that no foreign players were allowed. In 1928 the club merged with US Milanese and strongly entered a time when Ambrosiana-Inter survived. The club, nicknamed the Nerazzurri or the blue / blacks has had many successes. This is how Inter Milan won 18 national titles, seven times the Italian Cup, the UEFA Cup 3x, and 3x times the Champions League, formerly known as the European Cup I.
