Our football match prediction:
Stadio Olimpico will host Wednesday’s football game between Lazio and Napoli. The Biancocelesti did not kick off the new Serie A campaign in style, with the team sharing the spoils with newcomers SPAL in their opener, but the capital club have been impressive in the Italian top flight of late. Following back-to-back wins over the likes of Chievo and Milan, Lazio recorded a 3-2 win at Genoa in their last league match and they do not want to stop now. Simone Inzaghi’s men have been impressive in front of goal in recent weeks and they are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach in Wednesday’s clash against Napoli. As expected, the Neapolitans rolled over Benevento (6-0) at their Stadio San Paolo at the weekend and thanks to the triumph they climbed to top position in the Serie A standings. The Partenopei aim to keep their 100% record intact, but beating Lazio in Rome is easier said than done and we predict that the two teams are going to share the spoils at Stadio Olimpico.
