Our prediction for this Serie A match:
The noon kick-off on Sunday is reserved for the match between SPAL and Fiorentina at the Paolo Mazza. The Viola is 10th in the Scudetto standings while SPAL is ten points behind in 14th place. The visitors haven’t been beaten in the last five matches in the league. However, they have recorded just one victory during that period along with four draws. In the last two rounds, they drew against Udinese and Napoli. They played brilliantly in the Coppa Italia at the end of January when they thrashed Roma 7:1. In the four matches before the goalless draw with Napoli, Fiorentina players scored 15 goals and conceded eight. A draw away from home seems to be their specialty lately. They’ve drawn six out of the last nine away games without losing one. Interestingly, SPAL have drawn their last six home matches. Fiorentina did beat SPAL in their first encounter this season, but this one has a draw written all over it.
