Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Last season, Fiorentina won both games against Torino. In the end, they finished next to each other in the table, 8th and 9th. The first game of this season is in Torino, at the Olimpico. After nine rounds, Fiorentina are sixth in the table level with Sampdoria in fifth, while Torino are a point behind in 10th, level on points with three other teams. Their form, coming into this game is not consistent, although Torino haven’t lost in the last four matches. In fact, they have only lost once in six matches. At home, they won two and lost two games. The Viola have just one win in the last four games, and two in six, together with two defeats and two draws, including the one against Cagliari in the last round. What’s important, they are still to win away from home this year. This might be the game when they will. They have been scoring more and have defended better making them favourites to win this one.
