Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Torino were desperate to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to Napoli, but they managed to pick up only one point from Saturday’s football game against SPAL. Il Toro have been slipping down the standings week by week and they sit in the bottom half of the table ahead of the visit of Genoa. Sinisa Mihajlovic’s men aim to return to winning ways and they are definitely capable of beating the Rossoblu in front of home fans. Genoa were more than fortunate to beat rock-bottom Benevento in their last league fixture, with Lapadula scoring the winner in the dying minutes of the game. However, Davide Ballardini’s team will have a much bigger fish to fry in the match against Torino and seeing that Il Toro are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict the visitors will return to Genoa empty-handed. In their last meeting in Turin the hosts emerged triumphant (1-0).
