Manchester City is currently the leader in the Premier League and is placed second of the table in group D, Sevilla on the other hand is 11th in the Primera Division and lost their last game against Villarreal 2-1 which will demotivate the team for the game against Manchester City. In the first game between both teams Manchester City had trouble securing the 3 points, Sevilla will be stronger at home and should be able to win a point.
