Highlighted Team (Mamelodi Sundowns):

Mamelodi Sundowns are an African football club that was founded in the early 1960s. In 1970 Mamelodi Sundowns became an official club and they have won seven African Premier League titles since then. The Bafana baStyle play their home games at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria and the capacity of the venue is 51.762.
In 2016 the club won the CAF Champions League, with the team beating Zamalek of Egypt in the title game. Mamelodi recorded a 3-0 win over the Egyptian outfit in the first leg, but they were beaten by Moamen Soliman’s team (0-1) in the reverse fixture in Borg El Arab. As a result, the Bafana BaStyle booked their place at the 2016 FIFA Club World Cup in Japan.
Nonetheless, they failed to record a good result at the showpiece tournament as they were beaten by Kashima Antlers in the play-offs. It has to be noted that Bulgarian football star Hristo Stoichkov was in charge of the club from July 1, 2009 to March 17, 2010.
