Broadhall Way will host Saturday’s football game between Stevenage and Barrow the two teams who aim to kick off the new League Two campaign in style. Stevenage did well to beat Dover in their last warm-up game, meaning that they are high on spirits ahead of the season opener. Luke Norris, who scored seven goals in 23 appearances last season, will be one of the men to watch in the home team.
Barrow, on the other hand, are eyeing their first ever win over Stevenage. The visitors, though, were struggling in pre-season, which is the main reason why home win should be considered. Born in Alexandria, Scotland on June 15, 1987, Scott Cuthbert is a defender who plays for Stevenage in the League Two. Cuthbert is a product of the Celtic football academy, but he did not see any game action with the Hoops in the Scottish Premiership.
After ending his loan spells with Livingston and St. Mirren, the Scottish footballer joined Swindon Town in 2009 where he quickly established himself as a first-team regular. After scoring five goals in 80 appearances for the club, Scott Cuthbert moved to Leyton Orient before the start of the 2011/12 season.
After almost a five-year spell with the Brisbane Road outfit, the right-footed defender joined Stevenage in the summer of 2018, and he has been playing for the Posh ever since. He made his Stevenage debut in a 2-2 draw with Tranmere Rovers in the 2018/19 season opener. At the end of the campaign the Scottish footballer was named the club’s Player of the Year.

Founded back in 1901, Barrow is an English club that competes in the League two, the fourth tier of the English football system. The Bluebirds are well known for their blue shirts with white details, but yellow is the dominant colour of their away jersey. Barrow play home games at Holker Street, the stadium which can hold up to 5,045 spectators.
The venue was opened in 1909, and it has to be noted that no fewer than 16,874 people attended the FA Cup match between Barrow and Swansea in January, 1954. The Bluebirds have won two FA Trophies (1989/90, 2009/10), with the team lifting the Lancashire Senior Cup trophy in the 1954/55.
