Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Sampdoria will look to make amends for a 3-2 loss to Juventus when they host Udinese to their Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris on Sunday afternoon. La Samp have been struggling at the back of late, with the team conceding seven goals in total in the previous two league fixtures. Roberto D’Aversa’s troops are determined to return to winning ways, but they will have to do it without injured trio Vieira – Verre – Gabbiadini.
The Zebrette, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team losing each of their previous three league games. Considering that Udinese have been struggling in front of goal of late, we predict that the hosts are going to pick up all three points from Sunday’s showdown. Rodrigo de Paul has been sorely missed in the 2021/2022 Serie A campaign, and seeing that the Zebrette are not regarded as good travelers, home win have to be considered.
