Our prediction for this MLS match:
Toronto and Atlanta United face each other in a highly-anticipated MLS game. The Reds head into the match with a severely-weakened squad as all Akinola, Altidore, Dwyer, Endoh, Mavinga, Perruzza, Priso-Mbongue, and Zavaleta are out of contention with injuries. Venezuela forward Soteldo returns from international duty. Keep in mind, though, that Toronto are after their fourth consecutive win in front of home fans.
The Five Stripes, on the other hand, have been struggling on the travels of late, with the team losing to both Philadelphia and Montreal away from home. Atlanta United aim to climb to the playoffs berth, and given the number of absentees in the home team, we predict that the visitors are going to grab something from the match. Both Hyndman and Sejdic are sidelined with injuries, while both Damm and Torres will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
