The Reds head into the match following the FA Cup win over Cardiff City, and they are eyeing their third consecutive league win. Jurgen Klopp wants both Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah back to the team for Thursday’s clash, but the duo is rated doubtful following their participation in the Africa Cup of Nations final.
The Foxes, on the other hand, are not enjoying a season to remember, with the team collecting only 26 points in the Premier League to date. Considering that Liverpool are a real force to be reckoned with at home, the visitors are likely to return to Leicester empty-handed. Jamie Vardy remains in the recovery room, as well as defenders Evans, Castagne, and Fofana.
