Our prediction for this League 1 match:
Gillingham and Plymouth go head to head at Priestfield Stadium in what is expected to be an interesting League One game. The Gills aim to escape the relegation zone, and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against the Pilgrims. Ryan Jackson is widely expected to return to the starting line-up after scoring as a substitute in a 1-1 draw with Morecambe. Plymouth, on the other hand, climbed to the playoffs berth thanks to three consecutive league wins.
Since the Pilgrims will go for a win in Saturday’s game as well, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on both teams to score. Both Brendan Galloway and George Cox should miss out with injuries for the visiting side. In the first half of the season Plymouth defeated Gillingham 1-0 thanks to Luke Jephcott’s goal. The Wales international should lead the line for the visitors in Saturday’s clash as well.
