After sharing the spoils with Shrewsbury and Lincoln in the previous two league matches, Wycombe will look to stay in the playoffs berth when they take on Cheltenham at Adams Park on Matchday 34. The Chairboys failed to win the previous four league fixtures, but they are still seen as favourites to beat Cheltenham on home soil.
Even though midfielder Josh Scowen misses out through suspension, home win should be considered as Wycombe will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. The Robins, on the other hand, head into the match following back-to-back wins over Sunderland and Fleetwood, but seeing that they have little to play for in the remainder of the season, we are tempted to put our money on the promotion-chasing hosts. Michael Duff should have a full squad to choose from.

After spending a couple of seasons on loan at Wycombe Wanderers and Walsall, the English defender signed a three-year deal with Barnsley in the summer of 2017 for an undisclosed fee. Jason McCarthy was struggling to secure a first-team football at the Oakwell stadium outfit and, as a result, he returned to Wycombe Wanderers on August 9, 2018, penning a three-year contract with the League One side.
His preferred foot is right, his main position centre-back, but he is used as a right-back as well. Jason McCarthy was born in Southampton on November 7, 1995.
