Hertha
Europa-Park Stadion will host Saturday’s football game between Freiburg and Hertha Berlin, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. Freiburg are eyeing a place in European competitions, while Hertha are determined to secure yet another Bundesliga survival. Experienced attacker Nils Petersen should continue to lead the line for the hosts after finding the net in a 2-1 win over Augsburg, but midfielder Yannik Keitel continues to miss out with injury.
The capital club, on the other hand, have been struggling at the back of late, with the team conceding 13 goals in total in the previous four league fixtures. Since Freiburg are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that Hertha are going to return to Berlin empty-handed. Marc-Oliver Kempf is banned for the visitors, while all Jovetic, Dardai, Korber, Nsona, Boyata, Christensen, and Jarstein are out of contention with injuries.

Son to a football coach, Andreas, the Freiburg striker Nils Petersen is a physical forward best known for his clinical finishing. A former Bayern Munich striker never got a chance to prove his worth with Bundesliga giants and had to take a long road to prominence which included loan spells at Werder Bremen and Freiburg, before penning a permanent deal with Die Breisaguer in 2015.
Petersen’s impressive exploits during the 2017/18 season helped him get into Germany’s provisional FIFA World Cup 2018 squad although his father Andreas would argue it was his personal influence that helped Joachim Loew write his son’s name in the 23-man list. Namely, Andres Piteresen spotted the Germany manager on a beach in January and decided to ask him about his son’s chances of making it into Germany World Cup squad.
Piteresen was rewarded with his senior Germany cap in an Austria friendly but unfortunately for his father missed out on the final squad for the tournament in Russia.

Hertha Berlin is a German football club from the city Berlin which is currently active in the highest German football division the Bundesliga. The club was founded in 1892 and is active in the Bundesliga since 2011//2012. Between 1926 and 1931 Hertha BSC managed to reach 6 times to the final of the Deutsche Meisterschaft which they managed to win 2 times (in 1930 and one year later in 1931).
Hertha Berlin originally played its home games in the Plumpe which got bombed during the WW II. After the bombings Hertha Berlin stated to play their games in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.
