Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Sparta Rotterdam and G.A. Eagles go head to head at Sparta Stadion Het Kasteel in what is expected to be a close Eredivisie encounter. The Rotterdammers were on the right track to beat Vitesse at the weekend, but the match was eventually abandonded due to spectators riots. Even though Arno Verschueren and Tom Beugelsdijk miss out through suspension, we predict that the hosts are going to grab something from Saturday’s clash.
Go Ahead Eagles, on the other hand, have been performing above expectations in the 2021/2022 season, with the team sitting in 11th place, seven points clear of the relegation zone. Sparta Rotterdam and G.A. Eagles seem to be evenly matched at the moment, and, taking everything into account, the share of spoils is on the horizon. Defender Joris Kramer is back from suspension, while Sam Crowher remains on the sidelines with heart problems for the visiting team.
Highlighted Player (Bryan Smeets):
Bryan Smeets is a product of MVV Maastricht football academy who plays for Sparta Rotterdam in the Dutch Eredivisie. Smeets scored 23 goals in 144 league appearances for MVV before joining De Graafschap in 2015.
