Our prediction for this League 1 match:
All eyes will be on Home Park when Plymouth and Sunderland face each other in the League One derby. Plymouth aim to make amends for a 2-0 loss to Wycombe, and they face yet another uphill task in Monday’s showdown. All Galloway, Cooper, Grant, and Lewis remain in the recovery room, while both Edwards and Hardie are major doubts. Nial Ennis is pushing for a start. Sunderland, on the other hand, defeated Shrewsbury thanks to Nathan Broadhead’s late goal.
The Black Cats are eyeing their fourth consecutive league win, and seeing that Plymouth will go for a victory as well, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. Both Aiden McGeady and Lee Burge miss out with injuries, while the likes of Dajaku, Pritchard, and Doyle are major doubts, and the trio will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
