Sunderland and QPR, the two teams who defeated Bristol City (3-2) and Middlesbrough (3-2) at the weekend respectively, face each other at Stadium of Light in the Championship round 3. The Black Cats suffered elimination in the EFL Cup on Wednesday, with the team losing 2-0 at Sheffield Wednesday, but it has to be noted that Alex Neil rested key players in the Hillsborough showdown. Summer signing Ellis Simms, who scored a brace at Bristol City, is pushing for a start, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
The Hoops, on the other hand, continue with their old habit of producing much better showings at home than on the travels. Since Sunderland are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the visitors are going to return to London empty-handed. Michael Beale should have a full squad to choose from.

At the age of 10 Danny Batth joined Wolverhampton football academy. He was soon named the captain of the Wolves youth team and nobody was surprised when he made his debut for the senior team. The defender, who was born on 21 September, 1990 scored nine goals in 140 league appearances for Wolverhampton, but it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Colchester United, Sheffield United and their bitter rivals Sheffield Wednesday on loan as well.
Danny Batth won the Football League One with Wolverhampton in the 2013/2014 season and, speaking of his individual awards, he was named Wolves Young Professional of the Year in the 2009/2010 campaign. Batth book his place in the 2013/2014 PFA League One Team of the Year as well. The 191-cm-tall centre back scored his first professional goal on 20 February in Colchester United’s 1-0 victory over Oldham Athletic.
Daniel Batth was born in Brierley Hill, West Midlands and he is the only footballer to play in all 46 matches for Wolves in the 2013/2014 season.

Queens Park Rangers are well known as QPR. The capital club was founded in 1886 and Loftus Road Stadium is QPR’s ground. Loftus Road Stadium was opened in 1904 and the capacity of the venue 18,439. However, it has to be noted that no less than 35,353 spectators watched the game between QPR and Leeds on 27 April, 1974.
The Hoops finished the 1975/1976 First Division campaign in second position in the standings, just behind champions Liverpool. This is considered the club’s biggest success, but Queens Park Rangers made it to the FA Cup final in 1982 as well.
