Southampton
Leicester City will be aiming to register their first triumph of the season when they host Southampton to their King Power Stadium on Matchday 3. The Foxes have been struggling at the back of late, but, on the other hand, they look sharp in front of goal, and we are positive that they will adopt yet another attack-minded approach against Saints. Despite struggling to open his goal-scoring account, a man to watch in the home team will be experienced striker Jamie Vardy, whilst all Bertrand, Ricardo Pereira, and Barnes remain in the treatment room.
The Saints, on the other hand, showed character in their second game of the season, with the team coming from two goals behind to share the spoils with Leeds United. Southampton, though, are not regarded as good travellers, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Leicester’s party at King Power Stadium. Both Tino Livramento and Theo Walcott are out of contention with injuries for the away side.

Spending his early career playing no-league football, Jamie Vardy made the headlines when he joined Leicester City in a £1 million deal in 2012, but little did he know that he would go on to become a genuine Premier League star just three years later.
The experienced forward helped the Foxes gain promotion to the elite division and then score more than 20 goals as they mounted an unlikely title bid, earning worldwide acclaim as well as a place in the England squad. Vardy went on to score his first two goals for the Three Lions in March 2016 friendlies, with his back-heel goal against Germany in Berlin seeing him instantly become a fans’ favourite.
Over the years, Vardy has earned a reputation as a striker who never gives up and can be a real menace for opposition defenders, but his excellent goalscoring record and good link-up play are enough to suggest he can be described as a mix of old-style pacey forwards and modern strikers.

Southampton are an English football club that have been playing their home games at St Mary's Stadium since 2001. The Saints were based at The Dell in the past and the capacity of Southampton’s new stadium is 32,505. Southampton wear red and white striped shirts and the colour of the team’s away kit is navy and green.
The Saints have yet to win the Premier League trophy, but they did well to clinch the FA Cup title back in 1976, while participating in the final of the prestigious competition in 1900, 1902 and 2003. Southampton outplayed Manchester United in the 1976 FA Cup final and that is probably the club’s greatest victory ever.
The club are well known for their football academy and Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale is one of the players who began their football carrier at the St. Mary’s Stadium outfit. Southampton’s fiercest rivals are Portsmouth and the two teams square off against each other in the South Coast Derby.
