Preston
After holding Watford to a 2-2 draw at Vicarage Road on Matchday 11, Sunderland will be looking to return to winning ways when they welcome Preston to their Stadium of Light on Saturday. The Black Cats defeated Rotherham 3-0 in their last home fixture, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Ryan Lowe’s troops. Australia international Bailey Wright is back to contention after missing the last two league games due to personal reasons, while all Dennis Cirkin, Ross Stewart, and Daniel Ballard remain in the recovery room.
The Lilywhites, on the other hand, have been struggling in front of goal of late, with the team scoring only one goal in total in the previous three Championship games. Even though Preston are undefeated on the road this term, we are tempted to put our money on Sunderland, who aim to stay in the playoffs berth. Forward Ben Woodburn should be the only absentee in the away team.

At the age of 10 Danny Batth joined Wolverhampton football academy. He was soon named the captain of the Wolves youth team and nobody was surprised when he made his debut for the senior team. The defender, who was born on 21 September, 1990 scored nine goals in 140 league appearances for Wolverhampton, but it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Colchester United, Sheffield United and their bitter rivals Sheffield Wednesday on loan as well.
Danny Batth won the Football League One with Wolverhampton in the 2013/2014 season and, speaking of his individual awards, he was named Wolves Young Professional of the Year in the 2009/2010 campaign. Batth book his place in the 2013/2014 PFA League One Team of the Year as well. The 191-cm-tall centre back scored his first professional goal on 20 February in Colchester United’s 1-0 victory over Oldham Athletic.
Daniel Batth was born in Brierley Hill, West Midlands and he is the only footballer to play in all 46 matches for Wolves in the 2013/2014 season.

Preston North End or Preston were founded in 1880. The Lilywhites or the Invincibles play their home games at Deepdale, the stadium that was built in 1875 and opened three years later.
In 1889 Preston won their first FA Cup trophy and they did well to beat Huddersfield Town in the final of the 1938 FA Cup final. However, the club’s biggest success came in 1889 and 1890 when they won back-to-back domestic trophies (First Division).
Preston have yet to win the League Cup title, but they were runners-up in 1888, 1922, 1937, 1954, 1964. Preston’s main rivals are Blackpool and the two teams square off against each other in the West Lancashire derby. In their first ever meeting in the West Lancashire derby (1901) Preston recorded a 4-1 win over Blackpool.
