The U’s do not seem to be at the top of their game, with the team losing each of their last three league fixtures, and, as a result, the bookies see them as underdogs in Saturday’s showdown. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of the visit of Wednesday.
The Owls, on the other hand, are still regarded as one of the main favourites for promotion, but they need to keep on making progress if they are to secure a top-two finish. Darren Moore’s troops, though, impressed in a 3-0 crushing of Cheltenham at the weekend, which is probably the main reason why away win should be considered. Born in Cambridge, England on July 31, 1993, Liam O’Neil is an English footballer who plays as both defender as midfielder for Cambridge United in the League Two. O’Neil is a product of the Cambridge United football school, but he played for Histon during his youth career as well.
In the summer of 2012 he joined WBA youth academy, and it has to be noted that he made three appearances for the Baggies at senior level in all competitions. Liam O’Neil played for the likes of VPS and Scunthorpe United on loan as well before joining Chesterfield in 2015.
After scoring two goals in 45 appearances for the club in the league, O’Neil moved to Cambridge United in the winter of 2017. As his mother comes from Wales, O’Neil is open to play for the Wales national team, but he has yet to earn a cap with the Dragons.

Sheffield Wednesday are one of the two famous clubs from the city of Sheffield (South Yorkshire). The Owls compete in the English second tier (Championship) and they play their home matches at Hillsborough.
The venue was the scene of the Hillsborough disaster which occurred in 1989 when 96 Liverpool supporters were crushed to death in the FA Cup semi-final. It has to be noted that the World Cup (1966) and the Euro (1996) matches were played at Hillsborough.
