Udinese will look to book their place in the Italian Cup last 16 when they take on Monza at their Dacia Arena. The Zebrette are enjoying a very successful Serie A campaign, with the team sitting in the Conference League berth after 10 rounds, and they must be high on confidence ahead of the Coppa Italia clash. All Arslan, Success, Lovric, and Ebosse are pushing for a start, while both Rodrigo Becao and Adam Masina are sidelined with injuries.
The Biancorossi, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Empoli, but seeing that Udinese have turned their Dacia Arena into a real fortress, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the home side. Daniele Padelli is a professional footballer who played for the likes of Lecco and Como during his youth career. During his spell with Como, he caught the eye of Sampdoria scouts and went on to join the Serie A outfit in 2004. However, he did not see any game action during his spell at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
After spending several seasons on loan at Pizzighettone, Crotone, Liverpool, Pisa, Avellino and Bari he joined Udinese on 31 August, 2011. The Italian goalkeeper signed a loan deal with the Zebrette and he signed a permanent contract with the club on 27 August, 2012. However, it has to be noted that the 193-cm-tall shoot-stopper played no more than nine league games for Udinese between 2011 and 2013.
On 29 May, 2013 he joined Torino on a free transfer and he has been playing for Juve’s local rivals ever since. Padelli made 35 appearances for Torino in the 2015/2016 Serie A campaign and he conceded 50 goals in the process, while keeping six clean sheets.
