LNER Stadium will host Tuesday’s League One encounter between Lincoln and Accrington. The Imps aim to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Port Vale, and it seems as if they will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. Daniel Mandroiu, who limped off with injury at the weekend, should be replaced by fellow midfielder Jordan Garrick, whilst there are no other selection worries in the home team.
The Accy Stanley, on the other hand, are on a five-game losing run in the English third tier, which is probably the main reason why we are going to put our money on Lincoln. As for the away side, both Liam Coyle and Doug Tharme are back from suspension. In their last meeting in the League One Accrington defeated Lincoln 2-1, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.

Having joined Ipswich as an eight-year-old, Teddy Bishop rose through the ranks at Portman Road to become one of the key players for the Tractor Boys. Bishop’s road to prominence hit a serious roadblock in his first year of the academy scholarship when he endured a serious back injury, but it was in 2014 that he went from strength to strength – proving his worth at the club and emerging as one of the most promising players in the squad.
The total of 36 appearances in his debut season with the first team were more than enough to make an impression on the fans and the club hierarchy which offered him a new long-term deal.
This deep-lying midfielder in characterized by impressive passing accuracy, vision and great reading of the play. Bishop is an asset defensively as well, but he is most comfortable sitting just above the back line, spraying balls around. As a two-footed midfielder, Teddy Bishop is regularly being watched by a number of Premier League biggest clubs.

Founded back in 1891 and reformed in 1968, Accrington Stanley are an English football club that compete in the League One. The original team competed in the Football League from 1921 to 1962, spending the last four seasons in Lancashire Combination.
The Accy are well known for their red home kit, whilst they wear sky blue shirts and white shorts when playing on the travels. The League One side play their home games at Crown Ground, the stadium which can hold up to 5,450 spectators (3,100 seated). Accrington have been playing at Crown Ground since 1970.
Listed as the all-time favourite player amongst fans, Chris Grimshaw is one of the most famous Accrington Stanley footballers. However, George Stewart is the team’s top scorer, netting 136 goals in total from 1954 to 1958. It has to be noted that the Accy have yet to represent England in European competitions.
