Hearts play host to Kilmarnock at their Tynecastle Park on day 17 of the new Premiership campaign. Hearts are eager to stay in the playoffs berth, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach against Kilmarnock. Australia defender Kye Rowles is back from international duty, but he is banned for Saturday’s clash following his sending off in a 1-1 draw with Hearts.
The Kille, on the other hand, aim to build on a 1-0 win over Hibernian which saw them put an end to their three-game losing run in the Premiership. Kilmarnock, though, are the worst travellers in the Scottish top flight (0-1-7), which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. All Calum Waters, Ben Chrisene, and Scott Robinson should miss out through injuries, but there are no suspended players in the away team.

Liam Boyce is a Northern Ireland international who plays for Burton Albion in the League One. Boyce was born in Belfast on April 8, 1991 and he started his senior career at Cliftonville.
The 184-cm tall attacker played for the likes of Werder Bremen II and Ross County as well before becoming Burton Albion’s record signing in the 2017 summer transfer window.Liam Boyce missed almost entire 2017/2018 season through a serious knee injury, returning to action on February 3, 2018. Speaking of his international career, Boyce made his Northern Ireland debut against Scotland on February 9, 2011, coming as a substitute for Niall McGinn.
Six years later, on June 2, 2017, he scored his first goal for the Northern Ireland national team in a 1-0 win over New Zealand. Liam Boyce’s main position is centre-forward, but he is capable of producing fine performances as a second striker as well.

Founded on January 5, 1869, Kilmarnock are the oldest professional club in Scotland. The Killie welcome their opponents at Rugby Park, the stadium with the artificial turf. The venue, which was opened back in August 1899, can hold up to 17,889 people.
Kilmarnock won their first and only Scotland Premier League trophy in the 1964/65 season despite being level on points with Hearts at the end of the season. Fellow Ayrshire club Ayr United are considered the Killie’s bitterest rivals. The two teams have been facing each other in the Ayrshire derby since September 1910.
Dark blue is the dominant colour of the club’s home kit, while Kilmarnock footballers wear yellow and blues kit when playing on the travels. The Killie recorded their biggest win back in 1896, with the team beating Saltcoats Victoria 13-2 in the second round of the Scottish Qualifying Cup. The club suffered their biggest defeat in August 1938 as they were hammered by Celtic 9-1 in the Scottish League Division.
