A spot in the Spanish Super Cup final will be at stake when Real Madrid and Valencia face each other in Riyadh on Wednesday evening. Los Blancos aim to recover from a heart-breaking La Liga loss to Villarreal, and the bookies see them as favourites to win the Super Cup semis. A man to watch in Carlo Ancelotti’s team will be Karim Benzema, who found the net against the Yellow Submarine, while all Carvajal, Mariano Diaz, and Odriozola should miss out with injuries.
Los Che, on the other hand, produced a poor display in a 1-0 loss to Cadiz at the weekend, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on Real Madrid this time out. The likes of Domenech, Marcos Andre, and Nico are out of contention for the away team, with winger Justin Kluivert pushing for a start.

Striker Karim Benzema came through his youth club Bron Terraillon in Olympique Lyon were he went through all the youth teams.
On January 15, 2005 Benzema made his debut for the first team of Lyon that season but did not have much playing time. In the 2007-2008 season he was indeed a permanent fixture in the team and he got his break . He grew that season right into a crowd favorite and clubs like Arsenal, Juventus, Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan showed interest in him.
Benzema in 2008 (like 2005, 2006, and 2007) was in the champions with Olympique Lyon and had no interest in leaving France. In 2008, Karim was named best French footballer.

Founded on March 18, 1919, Valencia FC are a Spanish football club that compete in La Liga. Los Che play their home games at Estadio de Mestalla, the stadium which was opened back in May, 1923. The capacity of the venue is 50,000. Seeing that bats are quite common in Valencia, it is no surprise they are nicknamed the Bats.
Valencia made it to the Champions League final on two occasions (2000, 2001), but they were beaten in the title games by Real Madrid and Bayern Munchen respectively. The Spanish club, though, did well to win the UEFA Cup title in the 2003/2004 season, with the team beating Marseille in the final of the competition.
