Ferrol
Following a 1-1 draw with Real Valladolid, Leganes will look to return to winning ways in La Liga 2 when they take on Ferrol on Matchday 17. The capital club came from behind to share the spoils with la Pucela at the weekend and they are now eyeing their fourth consecutive win in front of home fans. Both Julian Chicco and Iker Undabarrena are banned for the match, but there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
The newcomers, on the other hand, have been in a fine form of late, with the team winning three of their last four league matches, while sharing the spoils with Burgos at the weekend. Anyhow, home win should be considered as Leganes have been producing excellent showings in the Spanish second tier of late. As for the away team, both Chuca and Luca Ferrone remain on the sidelines with injuries, while Fernando Pumar faces race against the clock to be fit for Sunday’s encounter.

After playing amateur football in his homeland France, Allan Nyom began his professional career at Arles-Avignon. The pacey full back made 37 appearances for the club in the 2008/2009 season and at the end of the campaign he signed a deal with Serie A side Udinese. However, given the great collaboration between Udinese and Granada, he was immediately sent on loan to the Estadio Nuevo los Carmenes outfit.
Granada finished the 2009/2010 season in top position in the Segunda Division and, as a result, they secured automatic promotion to the Spanish top flight. Allan Nyom established himself as a first-team regular and it has to be noted that he made 32 appearances for los Granadinos in the 2011/2012 La Liga campaign. After spending five seasons at Granada, Nyom joined Watford in 2015 and he moved to fellow Premier League side WBA at the end of the season.
The WBA defender represents Cameroon on the international stage and he made his debut for Les Lions Indomptables on November 11, 2011.

Leganes are a Spanish football club that have mostly been playing in lower leagues. Los Pepineros play their home games at Batarque (Madrid) and the capacity of the stadium is just 8,138. Leganes secured their promotion to the Spanish La Liga for the first time ever in 2016 and, no doubt, that is considered the club’s biggest success.
Leganes’ bitterest rivals are fellow capital club Getafe and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other in the South Madrid derby.
