Sparkles will be flying when Charlton Athletic and Peterborough square off against each other at the Valley on Saturday afternoon. The Red Robins failed to win the previous nine games in all competitions and they face yet another difficult task against the promotion-chasing visitors. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of the visit of Peterborough.
The Posh, on the other hand, defeated Derby 3-2 in their last away game and given Charlton’s anything but good form, away triumph should be considered. Even though Peterborough suffered a heavy 3-0 loss to Leeds United in the FA Cup last 64 at the weekend, head coach Darren Ferguson is unlikely to make changes to the starting XI. The Leicester born striker started his career at Coventry City, joining their youth academy at the age of 15. Harris, who holds both the English and Jamaican citizenship, chose to represent the former but is yet to feature for any of England's international levels. He made his first professional debut on the 10th of August 2010, in a 2-0 League Cup loss to Morecambe, a feature that made him the youngest player to ever appear for Coventry.
After successive loan moves where he made little impact, Harris left the Sky Blues to join Oldham Athletic in May 2013 on a year-long contract. His excellence earned him the Young Player of the Season award and a high profile move to Rotherham United at the end of the season in a deal worth 350,000 euros. After several inconsistent performances, Harris left the Millers.
He then went on to play for MK Dons and Doncaster on loan before re-joining Coventry for a second spell where-in he helped the club in promoting to League One. Born on the 21st of July 1994, the 25-year-old is known for his physicality and hold-up play and currently plies his trade for Bristol, whom he joined at the start of 2019.

Charlton Athletic are yet another capital club that will compete in the 2019/2020 Championship season. Founded back in 1905, the Red Robins welcome their opponents at the Valley, the stadium which can hold up to 28,111 spectators. Charlton Athletic wear red shirts and white shorts when playing on home soil, whereas black is the dominant colour of their away kit.
Winning of the 1946/1947 FA Cup trophy is considered the club’s biggest success. The Red Robins defeated Burnley 1-0 in the title game, with Chris Duffy scoring the winner for Jimmy Seed’s charges in extra-time.
