Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Sparkles will be flying when Rayo Vallecano and Real Madrid face each other in the local derby at Campo de Futbol de Vallecas. Los Vallecanos aim to put an end to their three-game losing run, but they will have a mountain to climb in the Madrid derby. Pep Chavarria limped off with injury in a 2-1 loss to Mallorca, with Andrei Ratiu being ready to step up.
Los Blancos, on the other hand, rolled over Girona 4-0 at the weekend to cement top position in the standings. Carlo Ancelotti’s men aim to move closer to winning their 36th La Liga trophy and even though influential midfielder Jude Bellingham misses out with injury, we are tempted to put our money on the league leaders. All Joselu, Luka Modric, and Fran Garcia are pushing for a start as Ancelotti should rest several first-team regulars following the Champions League clash with Leipzig. The likes of Rudiger, Alaba, and Militao are likely to miss the game with injuries.
