Our prediction for this MLS match:
Buoyed by a 3-2 win over Orlando City, Minnesota United will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Los Angeles FC on Sunday. The Loons have been flying high in the new MLS campaign and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. The opposition back-line should have Teemu Pukki at bay at the former Norwich City attacker scored a brace in the last league match, while both Franco Fragapane and Emanuel Reynoso are sidelined with injuries.
On the other hand, the start of the new season has been a mixed bag for Los Angeles FC, with the team beating Seattle Sounders, losing to Real Salt Lake, while sharing the spoils with Sporting Kansas City. The Black and Gold aim to return to winning ways as soon as possible and given their attacking potential, we believe that there is a big value in betting on over 2.5 goals. In their last meeting in MLS Los Angeles FC defeated Minnesota United 5-1. Midfielder Lorenzo Dellavalle is sidelined with injury for the visiting team.
