Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
After surviving Angers in their opener, Lens will look to record their first home win of the season when they face Brest at Stade Bollaert-Delelis. Les Sang et Or want to continue where they left last term and the bookies see them as favourites to pick up all three points from Sunday’s clash. The likes of Jimmy Cabot, Neil El Aynaoui, Stijn Spierings, and summer signing M’Bala Nzola should miss out with injuries.
Les Pirates, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 5-1 loss to Olympique Marseille on Matchday 1, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. Brest midfielder Hugo Magnetti returns from suspension, while both Bradley Locko and Pierre Lees-Melou are sidelined with injuries for the visiting team. Last time out Lens defeated Brest thanks to Ruben Aguilar’s goal at Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
Highlighted Player (Angelo Fulgini):
Angelo Fulgini is a French footballer who plays for Angers in Ligue as a midfielder. Fulgini played for the likes of AS de Saint-Paul-en-Foret, FC Vidauban, SC Douai and Valenciennes during his youth career and he continued playing for the Athenians at senior level.
