Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Rayo Vallecano play host to Las Palmas at their Campo de Futbol de Vallecas in the opening match of the La Liga round 13. Los Vallecanos aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Deportivo Alaves and they are seen as favourites to win Friday’s clash as well. Both Khalid Abdul Mumin and Unai Lopez Cabrera are banned for the match, while both Alfonso Espino and Diego Mendez miss out with injuries.
La Union Deportiva, on the other hand, failed to spoil Atletico Madrid’s party in the Spanish capital. As Las Palmas have been struggling on the travels this season, we do not believe that they are capable of grabbing something from Friday’s clash. To make things even worse for the away team, goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen limped off with injury in the last league match. Croatian shot-stopper Dinko Horkas is widely expected to replace him in the starting XI.
