Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Lille play host to Sturm Graz at their Stade Pierre-Mauroy in round 6 of the new Champions League campaign. Les Dogues are enjoying a successful Champions League campaign and a win over Sturm Graz will see them move one step closer to booking their spot in the playoffs. Despite failing to find the net in a 2-1 win over Bologna, a man to watch in the home team will be Jonathan David, while the likes of Bentaleb, Gomes, Mbappe, Santos, and Umtiti remain in the recovery room.
Sturm Graz, on the other hand, did well to beat Girona at home in their last Champions League game, but given their poor away record in the elite competition, home win should definitely be considered. Bosnia and Herzegovina defender Jusuf Gazibegovic is banned for the visiting side, while goalkeeper Kjell Scherpen remains in the recovery room. The two teams meet for the first time in the competition.
