Sportpark Middelmors will host a David-vs-Goliath clash between Rijnsburgse Boys and Feyenoord, the two teams that face each other in the KNVB Beker last 16. Feyenoord are desperate to make amends for a 2-1 loss to Utrecht and they will not have a better chance than this to get back on course. Brian Priske is widely expected to make changes to the starting XI following the team’s under-par performance against Utrecht, with all Carranza, Osman, and Mitchell pushing for recalls.
The good news for the visitors is that midfielder Quinten Timber is back from suspension. The hosts, on the other hand, did well to shock Volendam in the previous round, but they will have a mountain to climb in Wednesday’s clash.
