Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Real Betis and Valencia take on each other at Estadio Benito Villamarin in the opening match of the La Liga round 38. Los Beticos missed out on a spot in the Champions League and they are now fully focused on the Conference League final against Chelsea. As a result, Manuel Pellegrini is widely expected to mix the squad in the last game of the domestic campaign. The likes of Avila, Bellerin, Llorente, Roca, Sabaly, and Vieites are expected to miss out with injuries.
Los Che, on the other hand, have suffered a dip in form, with the team losing to both Alaves and Athletic Club in the last two league matches. As both Valencia and Real Betis will be with guards down in Friday’s clash, we are tempted to bet on both teams to score. In the first half of the season, Valencia defeated Betis 4-2 at Estadio de Mestalla and yet another high-scoring affair is on the cards. Forward Diego Lopez is rated doubtful for the away team after limping off with injury in the last league match.
Highlighted Player (Isco):

In the summer of 2013 he signed a deal with Real Madrid and it has to be noted that he scored eight goals in 32 league appearances for the capital club. Isco won two Champions League trophies with Real Madrid (2013/2014, 2015/2016) and he clinched two UEFA Super Cup trophies (2014, 2016) with the club as well. Speaking of his individual careers, the Real Madrid midfielder was named La Liga Breakthrough Player in 2012.
Isco represented Spain U21 at the 2013 European Championship finals and it has to be noted that La Roja won the trophy at the tournament in Israel. Spain defeated Italy in the title game.
Highlighted Team (Valencia):

Founded on March 18, 1919, Valencia FC are a Spanish football club that compete in La Liga. Los Che play their home games at Estadio de Mestalla, the stadium which was opened back in May, 1923. The capacity of the venue is 50,000. Seeing that bats are quite common in Valencia, it is no surprise they are nicknamed the Bats.
Valencia made it to the Champions League final on two occasions (2000, 2001), but they were beaten in the title games by Real Madrid and Bayern Munchen respectively. The Spanish club, though, did well to win the UEFA Cup title in the 2003/2004 season, with the team beating Marseille in the final of the competition.
A number of top-class footballers were part of the club in the past, with the likes of Pablo Aimar, Ruben Baraja, David Albelda, Santiago Canizares, John Carew and Gaizka Mendieta all playing for the Estadio de Mestalla outfit. Valencia main colors are white and black, whilst they often where orange jerseys and shorts when playing on the travels.
