Celta Vigo
Estadio Coliseum will host Saturday’s football game between Getafe and Celta Vigo, that face each other on the last day of the season. Los Azulones have nothing to play for in this match as they are stuck in the middle of the table, while Os Celeste are eyeing a spot in the Europa League. Midfielder Luis Milla is banned for the capital club, while defender Djene is back from suspension.
The Galicians, on the other hand, aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Rayo Vallecano. During two years in Spain Djene Dakonam made 59 league appearances before moving to Sint-Truidense. It was in Belgium that Djene Dakonam proved his defensive versatility and Getafe came calling the very next year, in 2017.
Djene proved to be an instant hit with the Azulones and is hoping a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs will not be too far away for him. The likes of Arsenal and Tottenham have been sniffing around him during the summer transfer window in 2018 but were ultimately scared off by his £31 million release clause.

Celta de Vigo is a Spanish football club from Vigo in the Galicia region. The club was founded in 1923 after a fusion between Real Club Fortuna de Vigo and Real Vigo Sporting. From 1997 until 2003 Celta de Vigo managed to become a strong team in the Primera Division. Highlight was season 2003/2004 where the club managed to reach the knock out stage of the Champions League but in the same season the team got downgraded to the Segunda Division.
