A spot in the FIFA Club World Cup final will be at stake when Fluminense and Chelsea lock horns at MetLife Stadium on Tuesday. Fluminense defeated Al Hilal 2-1 in the quarter-finals, but they will have a mountain to climb against the Premier League outfit. As both Martinelli and Juan Freytes miss out through suspension, home win should not be considered. Experienced defender Rene is back from suspension. Meanwhile, the Blues set up a meeting with Fluminense by beating Palmeiras 2-1.
Enzo Maresca’s men are determined to go all the way at the showpiece tournament in USA and given aforementioned absentees in the home team, there is a big value in betting on Cole Palmer and Co. Summer signing Liam Delap and defender Levi Colwill are both sidelined through suspension, with Tosin Adarabioyo and Nicolas Jackson pushing for a start. Important midfielder Moises Caicedo returns to the starting XI after serving his one-game ban against Palmeiras.

Brazilian defender Thiago Silva is one of the highest rated defenders in world football. Having emerged from Fluminense youth ranks, the 31-year-old defender established himself as a world-class performer while plying his trade for AC Milan from 2009 to 2012.
Having largely contributed to Rossonerri’s title winning campaign in 2010-11, Thiago Silva moved to Paris Saint-Germain together with Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a reported fee worth €42 million, which made him then second-most expensive defender in football history after Rio Ferdinand.
Silva was an immediate success at the French club, helping Les Parisiens win four consecutive Ligue 1 titles in the process. Heavily linked with a move away from Parc des Princes, fan favourite Thiago Silva remains a key figure at Paris Saint-Germain and a leader of the new wave under head coach Unai Emery. Having already surpassed the 100-game mark for the French giants, Thiago Silva is slowly writing his name in the history books of Paris Saint-Germain.

Rafael Benitez was in charge of the team that faced Benfica in the 2012/2013 Europa League final, with Branislav Ivanovic scoring the winner for the Blues in the title clash.
