Our prediction for this DFB Pokal match:
A spot in the DFB Pokal quarter-finals will be at stake when Eintracht Frankfurt and Leipzig face each other at Commerzbank-Arena on Tuesday evening. Eintracht Frankfurt are undefeated in the first three league games of the year, meaning that they are high on spirits ahead of the visit of Leipzig. Die Adler did well to beat the Red Bulls in the Bundesliga ten days ago, and, no doubt, the visitors are hungry for revenge.
Leipzig head into the match following a 2-2 draw with Borussia M’gladbach. The Red Bulls dropped to the second place in the Bundesliga standings, but they are still breathing down Bayern Munchen’s neck. Leipzig have big ambitions for the 2019/2020 German Cup campaign, but beating Eintracht in Frankfurt is easier said than done. Given die Adler’s current form, we believe that the two teams are going to share the spoils at Commerzbank-Arena in 90 minutes.
Highlighted Player (Simon Falette):

Simon Falette is a professional footballer who was born in Le Mans, France on February 19, 1992, but he was eligible to play for both France and French Guiana at senior level. Falette decided to represent French Guiana on the international stage, but he has yet to make his debut for the national team.
The 184-cm-tall defender started his club career at Lorient, but he made only one appearance for the first team. After playing 41 games for Lorient B Simon Falette joined Laval on loan in 2012 and in 2013 he signed a loan deal with Brest.
At the end of the 2013/2014 season Simon Falette signed a permanent deal with the Stade Francis-Le Ble outfit and, after making 66 appearances in the league for the club, he moved to Ligue 1 side Metz. The defender scored three goals in 35 appearances for Les Grenats in the 2016/2017 Ligue 1 campaign. His main position is centre-back, whilst his preferred foot is left.
Highlighted Team (Leipzig):

Leipzig are a professional football club founded in 2009. Die Bullen (The Bulls) were unbeaten in the 2012/2013 Regionalliga Nordost and, as a result, they secured promotion to the 3. Liga. After finishing the 2013/2014 as 3rd. Liga campaign in second place in the standings, Leipzig were promoted to the 2. Bundesliga and they competed in the German second tier for two seasons.
Despite suffering a loss to Karlsruher on the last day of the 2015/2016 round in the 2. Bundesliga campaign, die Bullen secured promotion to the Bundesliga for the first time ever. Leipzig play their home games at Red Bull Arena (42,959) and it has to be noted that the stadium was opened in 1954.
Die Bullen wear white shirts and red shorts while their away kit is blue and yellow. Ralph Hasenhuttl was appointed as the team’s manager at the end of the 2015/2016 season and you should know that the likes of Ralf Rangnick, Achim Beierlorzer, Alexander Zorniger, Peter Pacult, Tomas Oral and Tino Vogel were in charge of the team in the past as well.
