Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Estadio Jose Alvalade will host Friday’s football match between Sporting CP and Pacos de Ferreira, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the season finale. Sporting CP have slim chances of booking their place in the Champions League, but they are on the right track to represent Portugal in the Europa League next term. The Lisbon Lions restarted the season with a 2-2 draw with Guimaraes, but they are seen as favourites to beat Pacos de Ferreira.
A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be January signing Andraz Sporar, who scored a brace at the weekend. The visitors, on the other hand, proved their worth in a 3-2 win at Rio Ave, with the team picking up vital three points in their battle for survival. Pacos de Ferreira, though, will have a much bigger fish to fry against Sporting CP, and given Bruno Teles’ suspension, home win should be considered.

Highlighted Team (Ferreira):

Founded on April 5, 1950, Pacos de Ferreira are a Portuguese football club who play their home games at Estadio da Mata Real. Pacos de Ferreira have yet to win the Primeira Liga trophy, but they did well to make it to the Taca de Portugal final in the 2008/2009 season. Os Castores faced Porto in the title game, with the Dragons attacker Lisandro Lopez scoring the only game of the match.
Two seasons later Pacos de Ferreira faced Benfica in the Taca da Liga final, with the Eagles lifting the trophy. Wolverhampton forward Diogo Jota is one of notable footballers who started their senior careers at Pacos de Ferreira.
