Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Lugo will be looking to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Alcorcon when they face Real Oviedo at their Estadio Anxo Carro. The Red-Whites have been having their ups and downs of late, with the team winning at home, while losing on the travels, and, no doubt, they face a difficult task in the midweek clash against the in-form visitors. Following three consecutive wins in La Liga 2, Oviedo shared the spoils with Fuenlabrada in their last league match, meaning that they are high on confidence ahead of the trip to Lugo.
Los Azules aim to give fans yet another reason for celebration, and given Lugo’s display in the defeat to the rock-bottom side, away win should be considered. Even though Argentina attacker Gustavo Blanco is sidelined through suspension, we are tempted to put our money on the high-flying Azules this time out.
Highlighted Player (Manu Barreiro):

Manu Barreiro is a professional player who was born on 8 July, 1986 in Compostela, Spain. Barreiro is a product of Real Madrid youth school, but he played for Valencia during his youth career as well. He made three appearances for Valencia B, but in 2005 he joined Lalin.

Manu Barreiro won Segunda Division B with Cadiz in the 2008/2009 season. Manu Barreiro is a centre forward, but he is capable of playing as a left winger as well. His contract with Alaves expires on 30 June, 2017.
Highlighted Team (Oviedo):

Based in Oviedo, Asturias, Real Oviedo is a Spanish club that plays home games at Carlos Tartiere. Carlos Tartiere is one of the biggest stadiums in Segunda division as it can hold up to 30,500 spectators. Los Azules competed in La Liga in the 1990s, but in the 2001/02 campaign they suffered relegation to Segunda Division.
Real Oviedo have not competed in the Spanish top flight ever since. In the 1991/92 season los Azules represented Spain in the UEFA Cup, but Genoa proved to be a big catch for them in the round of 64. Real Oviedo have a rivalry with Sporting Gijon, with the two teams facing each other in the Asturian derby.
The likes of Robert Prosinecki, Stan Collymore, Dely Valdes, Abel Xavier, Paulo Bento, Marius Lacatus, Viktor Onopko, Ratomir Dujkovic, Juan Mata, Michu, Ibrahima Balde, and Slavisa Jokanovic are the famoust footballers who were part of Oviedo in the past. Carlos Munoz Cobo is leading the club’s all-time goal-scoring chart.
