Rochdale
Lincoln and Rochdale take on each other at LNER stadium in the League One round 36. The Imps head into the match following a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town, and a win over Rochdale could see them regain their place in top two. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Morgan Rodgers, who has found his goal-scoring touch of late.
The Dale, on the other hand, are on a four-game losing run in the League One. The rock-bottom side are running down a blind alley, and, no doubt, they face an uphill task in Saturday’s clash. Even though all Harry Anderson, Jorge Grant, Liam Birdcutt, and Joe Walsh remain in the recovery room, we are tempted to put our money on the home team. Rochdale, on the other hand, will be without duo Jake Beesley – Matthew Lund in Saturday’s clash.

Liam Robert Bridcutt is a professional footballer who plays for Lincoln City as a defensive midfielder. Born in Reading, England on May 8, 1989, Bridcutt is a product of the Chelsea football academy, but he did not see any game action for the Blues at senior level. After ending his loan spells with Yeovil Town, Watford, and Stockport County, the 175-cm footballer signed a five-month contract with Brighton where he established himself as a first-team regular.
After making 132 appearances in the league for the Seagulls, Liam Bridcutt moved to Sunderland in the winter of 2014. He played for the likes of Leeds United, Nottingham Forest and Bolton Wanderers as well before joining Lincoln City in January, 2020.
His main position is defensive midfield, but he is used as a central midfielder as well. The Lincoln City player has a dual citizenship (Scotland/England), and it has to be noted that he has two caps with the Scotland national team.

Nicknamed the Dale, Rochdale are a professional English club that compete in the League One (English third tier). Rochdale were founded back in 1907, after World War I, with the team beating Accrington Stanley 6-3 in their first league game 14 years later.
The Dale wear blue shirts with black stripes and blue shorts when playing at home, whilst gray is the dominant colour of their away kit. Spotland Stadium is the club’s home ground, with the venue holding no more than 10,249 spectators. Back in 1962 Rochdale made it to the Football League Cup final, with the team facing Norwich City in the title game.
