Elche
Huesca and Elche face each other at Estadio El Alcoraz in the opening match of the La Liga round 30. Huesca aim to build on a 2-0 win over Levante, and a triumph over the fellow relegation-threatened side will see them escape bottom three. Los Azulgranas have been showing signs of improvement of late, and it is no wonder they are seen as favourites to win Friday’s clash.
A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be former Valencia attacker Rafa Mir, who is likely to prove a handful for the opposition defenders. Greece defender Dimitrios Siovas, who suffered an injury at the weekend, is unlikely to feature against Elche. Los Franjiverdes, on the other hand, are on a four-game winless run in La Liga, and even though attacker Lucas Boye returns from suspension, we are tempted to put our money on Huesca.

Born in A Coruna, Galicia on April 21, 1988 Pedro Mosquera is a Spanish midfielder who plays for Deportivo La Coruna. After finishing his youth career at Real Madrid, he started playing for RM Castilla at senior level and he made no less than 98 appearances for the club from 2006 to 2010.
In the summer of 2010 Pedro Mosquera joined Getafe, but he played only 39 games for the capital club in the league. In 2012 he returned to Real Madrid B, scoring five goals in 58 appearances for the club in his second spell with the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium outfit.
The 184-cm-tall midfielder then moved to Elche and after playing 25 games in La Liga for los Franjiverdes, he returned to La Coruna at the end of the 2014/2015 season, signing a deal with his boyhood club Deportivo. Pedro Mosquera has a contract with the Galician club which expires on June 30, 2021. His main position is central midfield, but he is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder as well.

Established in 1923, Elche is a Spanish club that competes in La Liga. Los Franjiverdes welcome their rivals at Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero, the stadium which can hold up to 33,732 spectators. The venue was opened on September 8, 1976.
Elche wear white shirts with green stripe and white shorts when playing at home, while black is the dominant colour of their away jersey. The club’s biggest success came in 1969 as Elche made it to the Copa del rey final. Los Franjiverdes faced Club Atletico de Bilbao in the Spanish Cup final, with the Basques winning the match by one goal to nil.
