Our prediction for this Coupe de France match:
Following wins over Marseille and Boulogne, Canet Roussillon will be looking to claim yet another major scalp in the Coupe de France when they take on Montpellier in the quarter-finals of the competition. The lower-league side have been impressive in the French Cup, but they will have a mountain to climb against Montpellier. La Paillade have slim chances of booking their place in the Europa League through the league, meaning that they will give 100% to go all the way in the Coupe de France.
Since Montpellier produced a fine display in a 1-1 draw with league leaders Lille at the weekend, we believe that punters can find value in betting on the Ligue 1 side. Even though both Mendes and Oyongo are sidelined with injuries, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the visiting team.
