Rochdale
Crewe will be aiming to build on a 2-0 win over Fleetwood when they take on Rochdale on Saturday afternoon. The Railwaymen have little to play for in the season finale as they are stuck in the middle of the standings, but their pride will be at stake in the Alexandra Stadium showdown. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of the visit of Rochdale.
The Dale, on the other hand, have been in a splendid form of late, with the team finding the net in each of their previous three league fixtures. The relegation strugglers are determined to secure the League One survival, and seeing that the hosts head into the match with the lack of motivation, away win should be considered. Rochdale manager Brian Barry-Murphy should have a full squad to choose from, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the relegation-threatened team.
Highlighted Player (Donervon Daniels):
Donervon Daniels is a 186-cm-tall defender who plays for Wigan Athletic. He was born in Montserrat on 24 November, 1993 and he is a product of WBA football academy. After spending several seasons on loan at Tranmere Rovers, Gillingham, Blackpool and Aberdeen, Daniels signed for Wigan Athletic on a three-year-contract on June, 2015 and he netted his first goal for the Latics against Scunthorpe United two months later.
He made 33 appearances for Wigan in the 2015/2016 League One campaign and no doubt he helped the club secure promotion to the Championship. His main position is centre back, but he is capable of playing at right back as well. His highest market value was €250 000 on May 30, 2016.
Daniels has contract with Wigan Athletic which expires on 30 June, 2018. It has to be noted that that he was awarded WBA Young Player of the Year for the 2011/2012 season. Donvervon Daniels is a right-footed player.

Nicknamed the Dale, Rochdale are a professional English club that compete in the League One (English third tier). Rochdale were founded back in 1907, after World War I, with the team beating Accrington Stanley 6-3 in their first league game 14 years later.
The Dale wear blue shirts with black stripes and blue shorts when playing at home, whilst gray is the dominant colour of their away kit. Spotland Stadium is the club’s home ground, with the venue holding no more than 10,249 spectators. Bury and Oldham Athletic are considered the club’s fiercest rivals, but they have built up rivalries with the likes of Halifax Town, Burnley, Stockport County, Wigan Athletic and Accrington Stanley as well.
Back in 1962 Rochdale made it to the Football League Cup final, with the team facing Norwich City in the title game. The Canaries proved to be a big catch for the Dale, but this is still considered the club’s biggest success.
