Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Spezia will be aiming to make amends for a heavy 6-1 loss to Lazio when they take on Udinese at Stadio Alberto Picco on Sunday afternoon. Spezia have been anything but impressive at the start of the season, and, no doubt, they would be more than satisfied with the Serie A survival at the end of the process. Amian is banned for the match, while Leo’ Sena is out of contention through injury.
The Zebrette, on the other hand, aim to build on a thrilling 3-0 win over Venezia. Udinese are not regarded as good travelers, but given Spezia’s slow start to the season, we believe that there is a big value in betting on Luca Gotti’s charges. Both Forestieri and Nestorovski miss the game with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the away team ahead of Sunday’s clash.
Highlighted Player (Luca Mora):
Luca Mora began his senior career at Castellarano (2007-2009) and in 2009 he moved to fellow lower-league club Crociati Noceto. Two years later he signed for Pro Patria and after making 32 appearances in the league for the club, Mora joined Alessandria.
The Italian midfielder, who was born in Parma on May 10, 1988, quickly established himself as a first team regular at the club and you should know that he scored six goals in 86 appearances in the league for L’ Orso. In 2015 he moved to SPAL and he has been playing for the Biancazzurri ever since.
Luca Mora scored seven goals, while providing three assists for his team mates in 35 appearances for SPAL in the 2016/2017 season. Mora’s main position is central midfield, but he plays as a left midfielder as well. His contract with SPAL, who will compete in the Serie A in the 2017/2018 season, expires on June 30, 2020.
Highlighted Team (Udinese):
Udinese Calcio was founded in 1986 as a part of the Societa Udinesedi Ginnastica. Until the season 1929 the club from Udine was playing in the regional divisions of Italy. In the year 1929 the club was allowed to participate in the Serie B (second highest Italian football division). In 1950 Udinese managed to reach the Serie A. After 5 years the club got downgraded back to the Serie A. After a hectic period Udinese managed to stay in the Serie A since 1995. The best performance of Udinese was in the season 1954/1955 where the club from Udine managed to end second on the table.
The only prizes that Udinese won are the Serie B title, Serie C title and the UEFA Intertoto Cup. Currently Udinese is playing their games in the Stadio Friuli. The most known nicknames for the club are Bianconeri and Zebrette.
Some very known players have ever played for Udinese such as: Bierhoff, Amoroso, Di Natale, Alexis SAnhez and Dino Zoff.
