Our prediction for this Championship match:
WBA play host to Bristol City at the Hawthorns in what is expected to be an interesting Championship clash. The Baggies aim to bounce back from an unexpected loss to Swansea, and they are likely to go all guns blazing at the Robins. Head coach Valerien Ismael could opt to make changes to the starting XI, with both Hugille and Snodgrass pushing for a start. O’Shea and Tulloch are likely to miss the game with injuries.
Bristol City, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from back-to-back defeats to Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest. Considering that the Robins suffered a dip in form, WBA will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. All Conway, Cundy, and Semenyo miss out with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the away team.
Highlighted Player (Branislav Ivanovic):
Over the years Branislav Ivanovic has established himself as one of the best defenders in the world football. Bane plays as a centre back, but he is capable of playing as a full back as well. The Serbian defender has been playing for Chelsea since 2008 and he used to play for the likes of Srem, OFK Beograd and Lokomotiv Moscow in the past as well.
Ivanovic leaves his heart on the field in every single match and that is the main reason why the fans love him. He is known for his aerial ability as well and it has to be noted that he has scored 22 goals for Chelsea since arriving to Stamford Bridge in 2008.
The Serbian footballer has won two Premier League trophies with the Blues, but the Champions League trophy won in 2012 is considered the biggest success of his career. Branislav is married to Natasa, who gave birth to his four children.
Highlighted Team (Bristol City):
Bristol City are one of the two famous clubs from the city of Bristol. Formed in 1894 the Robins mostly participated in English lower leagues and they have never played in the Premier League.
