Strasbourg
Rennes play host to Strasbourg at their Roazhon Park on day 11 of the new Ligue 1 campaign. Les Rouges et Noirs aim to build on back-to-back wins over PSG and Metz, and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. Both Jeremy Doku and Jeremy Gelin are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Le Racing, on the other hand, did well to crush St Etienne 5-1 in their last league match, with the team climbing to top ten in the Ligue 1 standings. Strasbourg, though, have been anything but brilliant on the travels this season, which is the main reason why home win should be considered. A man to watch in the away team will be Kevin Gameiro, who returned to the club in the summer, while all Karol Fila, Moise Sahi Dion, and Lebo Mothiba miss out with injuries.

Dalbert Henrique is a left-footed full back who plays for Ligue 1 side Nice. Born in Barra Mansa, Brazil, Henrique began his career in a local club Barra Mansa and in 2012 he moved to Fluminense. One year later the 182-cm-tall footballer joined Flamengo, but he did not play for “Mengao” at senior level.
Dalbert Henrique made his professional debut for Academio de Viseu and in 2015 he moved to Vitoria Guimaraes of Portugal. After making 25 appearances for the Primeira Liga club, the left-back joined Ligue 1 side Nice in 2016. Henrique made his debut for les Aiglons on August 14, 2016 in a league match against Stade de Rennais. Dalbert, who was born on September 8, 1993, has yet to earn a call-up for the Brazil national football team.
The Brazilian player has a contract with Nice which expires on June 30, 2021. His main position is left-back (full-back), but he is capable of playing as a left midfielder as well.

Founded back in 1906, Strasbourg is a professional football team that compete in French Ligue 1. Le Racing did remarkably well to win the 1979 Ligue 1 trophy and that is considered the biggest success in the history of the club. Strasbourg won Coupe de France on three occasions (1951, 1966, 2001) and they have three Coupe de la Ligue trophies as well (1964, 1997, 2005). Strasbourg’s main rivals are Metz and the two teams face each other in the Derby de l’Est (The Eastern derby).
Le Racing recorded their biggest victory over Valenciennes (10-0) in the 1937-1938 season, whilst they suffered their biggest loss to Limoges (0-8) in the 1959/1960 season. Paraguayan goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert, who is well known for his free-kick abilities, played for the club from 2000 to 2003, but he failed to score in a league match during his spell with the Stade de la Meinau outfit. Speaking of Stade de la Meinau, Strasbourg’s home ground was opened back in 1914 and the capacity of the venue is 29,320.
