Rochdale
All eyes will be on Prenton Park when Tranmere and Rochdale square off against each other in the League Two round 27. The Super Whites aim to stay in automatic promotion berth, and they are likely to rely on their rock-solid defence in Saturday’s clash. Germany rising star Paul Glatzel, who found the net in a 1-1 draw with Salford City at the weekend, will be one of the men to watch in the home team.
The Dale, on the other hand, did well to crush Newport 3-0 in their last league match, but they have not been in action since December 18, 2021 due to coronavirus outbreak. Considering that Tranmere are a real force to be reckoned with at home, the visitors are unlikely to grab something from the Prenton Park showdown. Tranmere defenders should have Jake Beesley at bay as he scored four goals in total in the previous two league fixtures.

Liam Feeney is an English footballer who plays for Tranmere Rovers as a midfielder. Born in Hammersmith, England on January 21, 1987, Feeney started his senior career at Hayes, and after scoring eight goals in 46 appearances for the club, he moved to Salisbury City in 2007.
The experienced footballer for several other English clubs as well, and, no doubt, Blackburn Rovers, Bournemouth, and Bolton Wanderers are the most notable ones. Nowadays Liam Feeney plays for Tranmere Rovers in the League two on loan from Blackpool. His main position is right wing, but he is capable of producing fine displays as a left winger as well.
Feeney made his League Two debut with Tranmere in a 3-0 loss to Cheltenham Town on September 19, 2020. His preferred foot is right, and he has a contract with the Whites until May 2021. The experienced winger has a dual citizenship (England/Jamaica).

Nicknamed the Dale, Rochdale are a professional English club that compete in the League One (English third tier). Rochdale were founded back in 1907, after World War I, with the team beating Accrington Stanley 6-3 in their first league game 14 years later.
The Dale wear blue shirts with black stripes and blue shorts when playing at home, whilst gray is the dominant colour of their away kit. Spotland Stadium is the club’s home ground, with the venue holding no more than 10,249 spectators. Bury and Oldham Athletic are considered the club’s fiercest rivals, but they have built up rivalries with the likes of Halifax Town, Burnley, Stockport County, Wigan Athletic and Accrington Stanley as well.
Back in 1962 Rochdale made it to the Football League Cup final, with the team facing Norwich City in the title game. The Canaries proved to be a big catch for the Dale, but this is still considered the club’s biggest success. It has to be noted that the Spotland Stadium outfit have three Lancashire Cup titles as well (1948/1949, 1970/1971, 2004/2005).
